By accessing or using 10Cent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using 10Cent, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Our Services
10Cent provides personal finance management tools including:
- Transaction import and categorization
- AI-powered expense analysis and insights
- Subscription and recurring payment detection
- Budget tracking and savings recommendations
- Asset and net worth tracking

3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious code or attempt to hack our systems
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Scrape or collect data from other users
- Use the Service to launder money or finance illegal activities

5. Payments & Billing
Subscription Plans
10Cent offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Power AI Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your financial data remains your property. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10Cent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data
- Financial decisions made based on our insights
- Service interruptions or errors
Important: 10Cent is a financial tracking tool, not a financial advisor. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination using our data export feature.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
